Placing an order is simple. Just add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, and then proceed to checkout. Fill out the required information, and then select your payment method. Once your payment is processed, you will received a email confirmation for your order and the delivery details for your order.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, not more than 12 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept order cancellations within 4 consecutive hours of placing the order. TKI Online Shop only deliver in Local Area and the minimum order requirement depends on the location of the customer. For customers in Dubai & Abu Dhabi there is a minimum order requirement of 300 Dirhams. For customers outside the local area will also have minimum order requirement of 300 Dirhams. Please note that the minimum order requirement may change without prior notice, and we recommend contacting our customer service team to confirm the current requirement before placing an order.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged item. As our product is perishable frozen wagyu beef, it is important that you inspect the contents of your delivery immediately upon receipt.
Please be advised that our delivery team will take a photo of you upon receipt of the item to confirm that it has been delivered to you successfully.

When thawing the beef, it should be done slowly in the refrigerator to avoid any changes in texture or flavor. We highly recommend consuming the beef within 6-8 weeks of purchase for optimal taste and freshness.

Yes, you will receive a tracking update via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. One of the TKI delivery personnel will stay in touch with you once your order is out if delivery.
Our perishable frozen wagyu beef is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in the best possible condition. The beef is vacuum-sealed and shipped with our freezer van to maintain its temperature during transit. To ensure the freshness and quality of the product, we only ship our beef on Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays to avoid traffic delays. Upon delivery, it is important that you refrigerate or freeze the product as soon as possible.
