Refund & Cancellation Policy

About
At TKI WAGYU TRADING LLC we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of any item within the same day of Products delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require a photo of Products that you received with any issues or receipt/invoice and any proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a return or exchange. These include the following details below.

  • Cut out or chop.
  • Custom-made or special orders.
  • Open packaging.
  • Half used.
  • On sales or promotion.
  • Not return for more than 24 hours.

Return Process
Requests for returns or exchanges of purchased or ordered Products must be made immediately upon receiving the item(s).

Refunds or Exchange
The initiation of the refund will be made onto the original mode of payment.

Quality
At TKI WAGYU TRADING LLC we have a comprehensive quality assurance program in place to ensure that all products and services provided to our clients and customers meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction.

Exceptions
Our refund policy generally allows for refunds on Products that are damaged when the time you received the meat or not as described. However, there may be certain exceptions to this policy such as:

  1. Products that have been custom made or special orders acquired by the client or customer specifications.
  2. Products that have been half used or damaged by the client or customer.
  3. Products that are not returned on the given date or refund policy timeline.
  4. Products that are not in their original packaging or condition.
  5. Products that are not returned with all original documentation or photo proof.
  6. Products that are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Cancellation
Please be advised that TKI Online Shop has a strict cancellation policy which requires that any cancellation requests for orders with special requests or remarks must be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order, as we are unable to accept cancellation requests after this time.

Approval or Rejection
At TKI WAGYU TRADING LLC we understand that sometimes Products you received may not meet your expectations. We have a process in place to review and approve or reject requests for refunds, return or exchange.

When a client or customer initiates a refund, return or exchange request, our customer service team will review the request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our refund, return or exchange policy. This includes but not limited to:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • A photo, receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Once the customer service team has reviewed the request, they will notify the valued client or customer of the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, the customer will be provided with instructions on how to return the item and process the refund or exchange.
  • If the request is rejected, the valued client or customer will be provided with the reasons for the rejection and any options that may be available to them.

Bank Refund Process
Customer refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the debit/credit card.
