Delivery Policy (UAE)

This Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on TKI Wagyu Trading Shop and covers deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. Our products and services are intended for customers located in the United Arab Emirates.

Time Frame

We ensure that all orders are delivered within the shortest possible time without compromising on quality. Delivery services are not available on Sundays and UAE public holidays. The typical delivery time is 2–3 working days depending on the delivery location.

  • Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery to Dubai and Sharjah is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Saturday delivery is not available for other Emirates.
  • We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery. In case of delay, we will notify customers and provide regular updates.
  • Each order is handled with care to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Delivery Cost

  • Delivery is available within Dubai and Sharjah. Delivery to other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah) may be arranged upon request.
  • TKI Wagyu Trading Shop charges a standard delivery fee of AED 30, with free delivery for orders of AED 250 or more within Dubai and Sharjah.
  • For deliveries to other Emirates, the delivery fee is AED 50 and the minimum order amount is AED 500, with free delivery for orders of AED 1,000 or more.
  • We ensure all orders are properly packaged and handled to reach customers in the best possible condition.

Delivery Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet the stated delivery time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, or public holidays. We will make every effort to inform customers of any significant delays.

Note: This policy does not limit the consumer rights provided under UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2023 (Consumer Protection Law).

Governing Law

This Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
