Recommended Cooking:

  1. Thawing: Slowly thaw the frozen hamburger patties in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Cooking: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties on both sides. Start with high heat to sear and then reduce to low heat to cook through.
  3. Steaming: Once browned, cover the pan with a lid and steam to ensure the patties are cooked through.
  4. Finishing: Insert a skewer into the patty; if clear juices come out, it's done.
