Recommended Uses:

How to Cook Karaage
1. Remove the product from the freezer and thaw it in the refrigerator.
(Approx. 6–12 hours)

2. After thawing, remove the chicken from the bag.

3. Coat the chicken evenly with potato starch or flour.
Shake off any excess coating.

4. Deep fry in oil at 170–180°C.
Cooking time: approximately 4–6 minutes.

5. Remove from the oil and let it rest for 2–3 minutes.

6. For extra crispiness, fry again for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

7. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
